This is a 1979 Chevrolet Malibu Station Wagon. Original Light Green Paint with Camel Vinyl Bench Seat. I purchased this from a friend as a roller without a engine or transmission. He had purchased it from the original owner of thirty plus years. He pulled the original 305 V8 and automatic transmission out, with plans of installing a big block, that never happened so i purchased the car and installed a 327 out of a 65 Corvette. It has new a HEI Distributor, Weiand Aluminum Intake, and a Holley 750 Double Pumper. The engine has Crane Roller Rockers, Steel Crank and has Splayed Main Caps. Holley Red Fuel Pump. The Transmission is a turbo 350 that was recently rebuilt. It has a Manual Steering Box and a Manual Brake Conversion. It has a Champion Aluminum Radiator and Electric Fans, and a Proform Water Pump. This Car Runs and Drives Good, I have driven the car quite a bit. Car sounds great through dual Flowmaster Mufflers. I believe this car has the Original from the Factory Paint, It is very Straight and the Body and Undercarriage is very Clean. I have the Original Window Sticker, Owners Manual, and Warranty Card for this car along with a folder of receipts. Auto Meter Monster Tach with shift Light and a oil and water temp gauge were installed. This car has 82,596 original miles showing on the odometer, Comparing this to the receipts I believe this to be the actual Mileage of the car. The interior is Original and Shows Some Wear for the age, Mostly the Plastic Interior Pieces are in poor condition. The heat and A/C were removed.
