This is a 1971 MG Midget. I purchased the car about a year ago, and used it as an weekend errand car. I have not done anything to it since I purchased it except replaced the battery. Overall the car is a fun little driver, and has not given me any problems. I don't know too much about his history, but I did purchase it from an owner near the the Delaware boarder, and had it transported to VA. It's in beautiful condition inside and out as the previous owner was a mechanic and maintained the car in his covered shop. I myself am not a collector, just bought the car since it was a nice small, fun weekend car. The odometer reads 90K miles. But with a 1971 who knows if that is accurate and the true miles. Also I can not tell if the engine is rebuilt, modified. However if you have any questionsot want more pictures of a engine just let me know. Chrome bumpers and luggage rack are all nice and shine and did not require restoration. This car handles as expected for a car of this age, and the I whenever I take the car out people always come up to me and want to inquire more about the car which generally spark some nice discussions about when they or someone they knew owned a similar car.
