1979 FORD F-350 SUPERCAB LARIAT TRAILER SPECIAL Up for sale is a really nice hard to come by, 1979 Ford F-350 with only 83,395 ORIGINAL Miles. I was told it belong to a older couple who owned it for the majority of its life. It is well taken care of and it shows!! California truck, so you know its virtually rust free, very solid , just some minor here and there, nothing to talk about, the undercarriage is awesome, The body is in very good condition for its year, some small dents, dings, scratches here and there, but very normal. Not sure but I believe its been repainted a long time ago, paint looks great, does not look like a low quality paint job was done at that time, some touchup has been done were the wipers are, and the back bed. It has a 460 ci.V8 with like I said earlier has only 83,000 orig. miles on it, it runs very good, very tight engine, it goes down the street like a "bad ass", it starts up very easily and effortlessly, idles great, valve cover gasket on passenger side has a tiny leak when cold, "very normal" easy fix, The C6 automatic transmission shifts perfect, no slipping or lag, fluid looks good, needs heater core, "easy fix" 2 1/2 -3 hour labor time at any good shop, you only have to remove the inside of glovebox to get to it, and the core itself is under $90. at any store. its been bye passes for now. Brakes feel fine, stops great. tires has plenty of tread left, not sure how old they are. Original Lariat Interior looks Awsome!! Very Clean!!, no rips or tears, carpet is great, back seat looks great, headliner is great, but is coming down a bit on drivers side, Has Factory AC, not blowing cold, dash has some cracks but still looks ok, all windows are fine, rool up and down fine, doors open and close good, locks fine, odometer, speedometer, temp gauge, alt gauge, oil gauge, work fine, gas gauge works, and sometimes don't. headlights work, and my wife says blinkers work, Lol So there you have it, a really nice older hard to find f350 that has been well taken care of and it shows, but please keep in mind this this a 1979, it is not new, these older trucks need tinkering and repairs from time to time, I have tried to be as honest as possible with my ad, and I hope you'll enjoy it for many years to come.
