MG Midget 1974. 1275cc and 4 speed transmission. Cat starts and runs great, smooth running, great oil pressure. No weird sounds or noises. Transmission shifts fine in all gears. Brakes seem fine and stops car well. Tires have decent tread. Interior is in excellent shape for 40 years old- no major rips or tears. Body work is fair to good. There are signs of rust in A post and sills. Floors and all major parts are rust free and in excellent condition. Paint has been touched up in a few spots and is starting to fade- again 40 year old paint.... Trunk floor is good and has spare tire and factory jacket/ tool kit. Soft top is torn at stitching. Electrically it's not bad. Turn signals are not working presently- fuse lasts about 1000 miles then blows. Is missing a switch or two. But a complete whole dash comes as a spare. Windshield also has bulls-eye, but a good used glass and frame comes with car. Rear shocks have dampness on them and will need repair - have a set of cores to send away .Many more parts comes with car including early bumpers. Car comes with a lot of paper work from perverse owner showing $6k in maintenance from about 1999 to about 2010.
