Real 242 GTO, original very rare color scheme, mint turquoise with sandalwood interior. Car was repainted many years ago, most of the paint has burned away in the Arizona sun to reveal the original color. paint looks poor but shows the originality very well, left door and fender and deck lid have been repainted, factory build sheet found under gas tank, built at Freemont plant. There is no rust except for a very small area on left quarter panel and on right fender as shown in pictures. Trunk floor has no rust or pinholes. Sandalwood vinyl top was removed many years ago, no rust around rear window. Car currently has a 350 motor with an original T400 auto trans which came from a 75 firebird. Runs good and drives, brakes are functional but has a low pedal and need bled out. A set of original disk brakes are included as well as the original left fender. A.C. car, factory bucket seats, front drum brakes, good tires, 15x7 rally wheels. This is a true survivor with a clean title and build sheet. Don't let the deteriorated paint scare you.
