Up for auction is a very nice and rare, 1977 Ford Crew Cab 4x4. Brand new 460 motor with all new parts, including high amp single wire alternator, new L&L lifetime headers, water pump power steering gear and pump, edle brock manifold and summit racing carb. The truck came with factory air and has been converted to R-134 and has brand new compressor, hoses, condenser, receiver, and the evaporator has been cleaned and also a new heater core installed. It has all new, full set of Dakota digital gauges including gps which gives altitude, compass and also is the sender for the speedometer. Also has a new aluminum 4 row radiator and new fan clutch. Has a fairly new 4" lift on it. The truck has 637 miles on it since all this was done. I installed a new c6 transmission and it has a lokar long stick shifter on the floor. The transmission went out on me in 30 miles (Long Story) so I rebuilt it myself and it doesn't shift quite right when it gets warmed up, so that is one issue but these transmissions are fairly cheap and easy to rebuild. The interior is in good condition, a little normal wear on the carpets, seat are excellent, the paint is not the best it looks like it was done with a spray can, but it isn't terrible. The body is in good shape with fairly new paint but it has some rock chips, It has 38.5 super swamper boggers that have a lot of life left but are not too friendly to paint jobs on gravel roads. The other two issues I know of are a good dent in the back corner of the bed and the floor boards are starting to rust through. It does also need a new windshield.
