Price: US $24,000.00 SOLD OUT
1972 Mercedes 350sl Convertible with Hard Top LOW Vin Nwumber 113k Miles. V8 4.5 L engine. Volume production of the first R107 car, the 350 SL, started in April 1971 alongside the last of the W113 cars; the 350 SLC followed in October. Sales in North America began in 1972, and cars wore the name 350 SL, but had a larger 4.5L V8 (and were renamed 450 SL for model year 1973); the big V8 became available on other markets with the official introduction of the 450 SL/SLC on non-North American markets in March 1973. The wheels are early After market. True spoke wheels with spinners instead of Lugnuts. The spare is matching. I recently had all leaks fixed and computer updated. I Have replaced the coil, battery, and spark plugs and wires recently. The car has been repainted and I do not have the original hubcaps. I do have the original owners manual and tools for the truck and to remove hardtop. The wheels are early after market and are true spoke wheels with spinners and no Lugnuts. Very unique. This car has a rare steering wheel, an optional Becker cassette player, and a full metal stars. I do have records the car was originally purchased in California. It appears that I am the third owner. I expect the car will be picked up here in the Atlanta area. I will cooperate in anyway possible to have the car shipped.
