My father had the car for 36 years and I recently took ownership this past year. I drive it daily and it runs great for a 37 year old car. The seats have taken alot of wear due to the daily use of the car yet my father for about 16 years has had seat covers on them to help preserve and minimize the wear and tear. The mechanics are good, my mechanic said that the A/C unit is in working condition yet it needs a special freon that california does not sell anymore. I'm not quite sure yet that is what he said a month ago when it stopped blowing cold air. This car is a beauty and very fun to drive. I have held on to it for sentimental reasons, yet I am not a car enthusiast and don't have the time, know how or money to restore it fully for showroom status. I think it is time to sale it to someone who will be able to make it brand new status even though my dad wishes I would keep it.
