1970 bug convertible. I have had all 4 break wheel cylinders replaced as well as the master cylinder replaced. The brakes still need minor adjustments. The bug has been in storage and sitting for over 5 years. I am not the original owner. The motor does run well and clutch seems good. I was told that both items were rebuilt before put in storage. I replaced the tires all 4 of them left rear needs air. The tires have 50% or more tread left on them. I replaced the battery 6 months ago with new one. It needs to be recharged. The electrical system as well as the whole rest of the bug needs to be completely gone through. The good parts: The top is original from what I have been told. It has no rips or tears and does go up and down. Sorry, no boot. The head liner is in good shape also. The seats are decent, no rips or tears can is see. The whole interior is not bad at all. I would guess original. The carpeting on the floor is decent. No rust on the pan. Only slight rust on tops of front and back bumpers from being in the weather. (This can be seen in pics.) Only one rust spot about silver dollar size on left side of body near the deck lid. (see pics.) Paint is rough to touch. I have no idea. It was a salvage bugs I don't know why. I have been asked to part it out but I feel the price is in line for a fixer upper. I will do my best to answer any other questions. 5629004358. Windows are tight but go up and down, no broken glass. The top back glass is descent also. The body is straight on a couple of very minor dings on a fender as seen in the pics. Deck lid might have a couple of minor dings. Very straight body. Super to restore and cruise.
