I am selling this rare un-molested Ranchero GT for the wife of a fellow car club member who is now on Hospice. They are the third owners and have the information back to the original owner. The odometer show 44,300 miles but the owner believes it is probably 144,300 mileage. Looks more like a car with 44,300. It has the original 351 Cleveland engine with automatic transmission. Richard had the engine rebuilt 190 miles back but never got to use it because of his illness. They have the receipt for the professional engine rebuild (Over $5000). The transmission and front end were rebuilt in 2013. It has Nearly new Michelin Radial tires with less than 2000 miles on them. Rally Wheels, Interior is in very good condition. All gauges work including the radio. The GT has factory air but the compressor quit so will need to be repaired or replaced. The truck is rust free with laser straight sides . The paint has imperfections but is a solid 10 footer. For a driver, a color sand and buff will work great. For judging it will need a paint job. It is missing the rear right side decal. The engine room is clean but could use detailing. Brakes and transmission work as designed. It has nearly new tires. Dual pipes with glass packs make for a very nice sound. The bed as show in the pictures is clean with only a couple minor dings. The under side has not been detailed but is oil free and show no rust or damage of any sort. It starts easily, makes only normal car noise when running, drives great, stops straight. It is a very good Ford Ranchero GT that you will be able to drive and enjoy.
