Price: US $5,500.00 SOLD OUT
I have decided to sell my 1972 blazer only because I want to finish my 1972 camaro. It truly runs and drives like a dream, it starts every time with ease, it shifts perfectly, 4 wheels drive works great! Recently I put in new spark plugs, battery, fuel pump, new carb and a rebuilt distributor. The blazer is completely stock, all original with only 87,850 original miles. I am the third owner and the second in the last 15 yrs. The Blazer still has the original motor, trans, transfer case and rear end. Only things that have been replaced, are the carburetor (new edelbrock, I have the original on the shelf) and the distributor (rebuilt with new points, I have the original on the shelf). At some point the exhaust manifolds were replaced with headers, only thing not original to the blazer, well and maybe the hub caps. Which aren't shown in the pictures but I do have. I have recently changed all the fluids except the radiator fluid, just hadn't gotten to it. All the gauges work except the fuel gauge, the float must be stuck, but everything else works perfectly, even the dome light! As you can see in the pictures the rockers need to be replaced (manly just the drivers side) and the drivers side rear qrt. Which I had bought a cut out section off another 72 blazer, I don't think they reproduce that section for replacement. It's the yellow section you see in the pictures. Outside of that everything else is minor surface rust, it looks worse in the pictures than it really is, there isn't any pin holes or thin areas anywhere through out the blazer. Fenders and the rest of cab are near perfect. In the back of the blazer on the bed rails, it looks a little yellow in the pictures, that's because someone laid new carpet using an adhesive......could be removed, just hadn't gotten around to it. The one other bummer is some where down the line someone had cut a sun roof in the top, as bad as sounds, they did one heck of a job. Even though I would have never done that, it is kind of nice and doesn't leak a drop! I tired to take very accurate pictures of typical probably areas just so you could see how clean and original the blazer truly is. I hate to see it go but I've got a halfway done camaro that I am excited to finish. If there is any other pictures or videos of the blazer you would like to see please let me know, send me a pm and I can email you or give me a call 5419481166. Buyer is responsible for shipping and shipping arrangements. Thanks Doug
