This beautiful example of the the Series 2 Jaguar XJ was delivered new at Union Jack British Cars in Hayward, Califorina on October 18th 1977. It remained with the same owner until I purchased it in April 2014. The car has always been garaged and the beautiful Regency Red paint is still in fabulous condition. It has minor scatched on the roof and driver's door. Headliner is still original as well and is bubbling in few places. What makes this car so special is that it is still in its GREAT ORIGINAL condition. The chrome is in impeccable condition, the factory installed Dunlop spare tire is still in the trunk! You could really see how the original owner cherished this lovely car and I spared no expenses in bringing it back to safe and dependable everyday running condition. Rear brakes are in excellent condition. -New radiator caps and cooling system flush. -New tires and vehicle alignment. -New Front and Rear shocks. -Carburetors have been entirely overhauled as well as new choke water supply hoses. -Extensive tune up, new spark plugs, new ignition wires, new distributor cap and rotor. -New wiper blades.
