For sale is my REAL 1968 Plymouth GTX project. The entire interior has been disassembled and will be included with the car. I have front bucket seats for the car but they are not the correct ones. They are in great shape but I believe they are out of a Cuda or Challenger and they are high back buckets. This car was originally Blue with a blue interior. Was going to switch to a black interior and have gathered lots of the parts needed to swap it over. There is NO Fender Tag and NO Broadcast Sheet for this car! There are sources for these items but I have not done it. I do have a clear title. Car has all new front end and period correct factory exhaust. Comes with a 440 engine and 727 auto trans (Not numbers matching!) The number on the side of the block is 3698530 440 7 and it looks like a cast crank so I think this is an engine from the mid 70s. 8 3/4 rear with 3:23 gears. Engine, Trans, and Rear have all been installed in the car already. Engine runs but sounds like carb needs adjusting. The car has had one new quarter panel installed as well as a full floor pan and trunk floor pan. NEW PARTS: Exhaust, Antenna with bezel and cable, Hood Pin Kit, Trunk Mat, Exhaust tips, Trunk lock, Rocker Panel Chrome with new clips, Door handles, Headliner, Window Felts, Vinyl Top, Sill Plates, Underhood pad, and passenger mirror plus a really nice original driver's remote mirror. There are more new parts that I just cannot remember along with extra parts that are not new. All glass and trim is there and in good shape. Some of the interior parts like the seatbelts, driver's kick panel, dash top pad, and a couple other pieces are not black and will need to be dyed/painted. There is no rust on the car except for some minor surface rust in a couple small areas. However, the car will still need some work before painting it. The lip on the trunk lid has some pin holes showing through too. I am told the engine and trans have been rebuilt to stock specs and it certainly appears so. I cannot verify this though. It definitely sounds stock. New master cylinder and brake lines up front. Rear lines need to be redone.
