Up for sale is my 1966 Ford f100 1/2 ton long bed.with lift gate. it is all stock and original with great patina. it was used as a delivery truck for a Mom and Pop furniture store in Fresno California since new. it has been in and out of storage for the last 20 years. the truck has the original 240 inline 6cyl. motor and 3 speed transmission column shift. manual steering and manual brakes. the odometer shows 70k miles, more like 170k. it always starts right up no mater how long it sits and runs good. the trans is very good and shifts smooth and quiet. it has a new clutch assembly, starter, battery and the carburetor was just rebuilt. it always runs cool. the paint is all original and showing its age with a few bumps and scrapes but nothing bad. (please look at pictures closely) it has some surface rust in the bed but the entire truck is very solid. floors,rockers,cab mounts all in good condition. interior is in fair condition for its age. the dash is in good original condition but the dash pad has a couple of cracks. the seat is decent and the headliner is all there. the windshield has a rock chip dead center of the windshield. it steers easy with manual steering and stops well with manual brakes. I am the second owner and have just used it around town to run to the lumber yard and nursery, all local use and have not ventured out on the freeway but it does seem to cruise along well at 65mph.it has always been in California and still retains its original Black and Yellow license plates from 1966. the truck is being sold as is and can use a little TLC. it would make a great farm or ranch truck or just use it to putt putt around town.
