Here is some background info on this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro:This car was with the same owner from the mid 1970,s until recently.He drove the car during high school and up until the early 1990,s.During that time he cherished the car and added all the cool stuff from that era.Remember "Keystone Klassics",Thrush sidepipes,air shocks,and L-88 hood scoops?He parked the car in the early 1990,s hoping to restore it someday.It has been sitting outside ever since.Finally realizing that he may never get it restored, he reluctantly sold it to me.I bought the car hoping to save it from the grave.After bringing the car home and looking it over I have come to the conclusion that I do not have the time,talent or money required to save this car.Here is what I know.Its an original 6 cylinder car with a column shift powerglide automatic trans and power steering.The motor and trans are still in the car but I have no idea if they are any good.I think it was originally gold with a gold interior.Most of the interior has been changed to black.It has a complete fold down rear seat that has some rust/water damage. The drivers door glass is broken and the rear windshield is just sitting in place.Both doors are stuck shut and whats left of the hood will not open.There is major rust damage to almost all parts of the car.There are also dents and dings.This car would probably need a replacement body shell or another donor car in order to be rebuilt.It has a clear title that matches the vin tag.The cowl tag is also present but hard to read without prying the hood open further.THIS CAR WOULD BE A MAJOR CHALLENGE TO RESTORE! NOT FOR AMATEURS! The car rolls and steers fine. I will help load it. The buyer is responsible for shipping. THE CAR IS BEING SOLD AS IS FOR PARTS OR REBUILDING!!
