1963 PORSCHE 356 B Purchased new in Germany in 1963 by an American engineer who was stationed and working in Germany. After one year he moved back to California. Car was in Southern California and then he moved to San Francisco where it was parked in his garage and not driven since 1977. He owned four cars and only had room for two in his garage and one in his driveway. He knocked out a wall which was a bedroom and parked the Porsche there. This car is original including the paint. 82,500 miles shows on the odometer. The car has brand new VERDISTEN tires and tubes. The gas tank has been removed and cleaned and the fuel petcock has been rebuilt it has new fuel lines, new fuel filter, new spark plugs and ignition wires along with the cap and rotor. New air filter elements. The carburetors have been rebuilt and a new clutch installed. The fly wheel has been resurfaced. A new bushing for the gear selector has been installed. It also has a new battery and new coil (6 volt) The fuel pump has been rebuilt and a new brake master cylinder installed 3 of the wheel cylinders have been rebuilt and the right rear has been replaced with a new one. It comes with the original CA pink slip issued in 1964. The stiching in the leather seats are separating a little bit, this is an original un molested survivor car. Drive it as it is or do a complete restoration-your choice. Correct date coded wheels. Floor pans are original and rust free.
