1967 Mercedes-Benz 230sl I acquired this car from the long time owner, he had owned the car since the early 90's and took great care and pride in the car. He was an enthusiast and also owned a 190sl in the past, but due to a recent change in his life, he decided to let it go. So here it is, offered in its original color combo! Overall this is a very clean and presentable driver Many strong points include, New Canvas top Straight body nice clean interior new correct carpet beautiful detailed engine bay over 50 pages of parts recipes and records plus more! Mechanicals- This car runs very well, and has had many thousands of dollars spend on mechanicals, starts with the first turn of the key even on cold days. stops well, power steering works great, no smoke or unusual noises. the tires are nearly new also Paint & Body- The paint and body were re-done about 14 years ago and is holding up well with the small chip in the paint here and there, no dents or dings, but only minor flaws. the doors close well and hood shuts properly. Undercarriage- This car had much work done to eliminate any rust, the previous owner spent over 10k having all new floors installed, and the car is totally rust free. Interior- The interior presents nicely, the MB TEX seats are in nice shape with no rips or holes, the carpet is new, algae's work, even the clock works!
