Price: US $4,500.00 SOLD OUT
I had the car 85-90% restored by 1991, but got a cheap paint job from a friend in 1987, as the previous owner had painted the car RED. I returned the car to the original creme color, paint code 40E shown on the chassis. It never looked good, so I took the car in 1991 to another painter, and proceeded to go through a divorce. I couldn't pay him the monthly agreed amount, went through tough financial times and left the car at his place for over 12 years. It sat outside. I finally retrieved the car--which I was "sure" he had sold off to someone--but the rust is bad. I have retained the car until now. It's a project car for someone, but a true Judge. My brother-in-law had dropped a 1969/70 Bonneville Ram Air III motor into it. It is the existing motor. That motor and the tranny were in perfect condition prior to leaving the car at the painter's home for 12 years. It has not been started since, but it also was not allowed to freeze due to cold temperatures./ We are building a home now, and moving. I promised my wife this car would "not make the trip." Despite my dream to restore this one to a "driver" that I could drive to for my class reunions, that dream has passed. This car will take much work for the right person, but it has VALUABLE parts that sell with it, including the rear-deck spoiler in very good condition, an additional trunk lid, the RAM AIR hood complete with the Ram Air parts/vacuum mechanisms that attach to the hood, and the OEM Judge decals for the car in a GM box. The car is in Norman Oklahoma, south of Oklahoma City. It's up to you to "come get it" or make arrangements to have it picked up. Please, serious buyers only. You know what you are buying if you read the description. I apologize for the condition; it's hard for me to look at it now. It's time to sell the car. I would VERY MUCH like to stay in contact and watch it's restoration to finished. I'm happy to answer questions and provide any additional information that is needed. I'll reiterate this---the car ran strong with no engine or transmission issues when it was last driven.
