I'm putting up for sale my 1968 Dodge Dart GTS the vin number is LS23P8B142666 I was told when I purchased this car it was a numbers matching car but when I was putting it back together I couldn't fine the fender tag in the boxes. The engine is a 340 casting numbers on the block are as follows 2780930-340-4 date code is 6-27-67 it has X heads on it. The radiator stamp number is 2898 028 380 86 the radiator core support number is 298111788 the rear end casting number is2881489 This car as been completely restored with the following new parts installed new full AMD quarter panels, new grille, new headlight bezels, new side marking lights, new emblems, new door handles, new front parking/turn signals, new tail light lens, bezels, buckets, gaskets, new bumpers front/rear, new cragars rim and tires, new vinyl top with new trim, new mirror on drivers door, new windshield, new windshield trim, new rear window trim, new antenna, new brakes, new E-brake cable, new brake lines, suspension bushings, new sway bars front and rear, shocks, exhaust system with correct 68 exhaust tips, new heater core, new fender turn signals. The interior has been redone with the following items new black carpet, new seat covers with new foam cushions on the buckets the rear seat has new foam and burlap, new headliner, new sun visors, new door panels, new window crank handles, new window felts, new door handles, new door lock bezels, new armrest and armrest bezels, new sill plate trim, new rearview mirror, new wiper arms/ blades, new wiper motor, new windshield bottle, hoses and squirter. The transmission has been rebuilt. The motor was rebuilt prior to me purchasing the car it has ceramic hooker headers, carb., alumumin intake, MSD ignition.
