Price: US $48,000.00 SOLD OUT
This car has been in my family sense 1972 when my dad bought it from the original owner.i bought from my dad in 1978 it was my first car. the car was made in California and has been here all its life. car started out silver with a black top. then it was painted yellow in the early 80's. Motor has been rebuilt in the 90's. car is now red. was painted and new interior put in it in 2005. seats where change to cloth ( if you have ever driven in a convertible in the summertime you will know why.i burned my butt enough times on the Vinyl ) in 2005 i added P/S and P/B , alumina radiator installed in 2017. not a perfect show car but a really good driver. Now for the bad i believe truth in advertising. turn signals turn on but don't blink( think it's a bad ground.) motor has an oil leak from the back somewhere.and sometimes the battery goes dead could be from the stereo .the new top was for a cameo but we made it work for the GTO .so its not quite right. but still looks good. one paint bubble on trunk (see pictures) and a couple of miner scratches . this car has been my baby for the last 40 years.but i'm getting older and the clutch is getting harder for me to operate. hopefully the Car will go to someone that will enjoy it like i have for the last 40 years .
