Price lowered and is firm! NO TRADES PLEASEI am selling my 1968 Z-28. I purchased the car in Florida in 2017. I am only selling it because I bought another 68 Camaro and sadly, I can't afford to keep both. The car was restored to original color and interior within the last 5 years or so. It does not have the original/numbers matching motor, but it does have a period correct 1968 MO block. The transmission is a 4 speed Muncie/12 bolt/3.73 positraction. The only real changes that I have made were the addition of power steering, new Holley carb, new aluminum radiator and a new steering wheel. I have all of the original parts still incase you want to put it back in . I also have a few extras to go with it, to include a color matched rear package tray because I was going to upgrade the stereo and speakers. The current AM radio does not work. I assume it is a fuse issue, but did not want to make any changes to a car that will ultimately be going to a new home. I have had 2 professional appraisals done this year. The most recent was by Camaro Specialties in East Aurora, NY. They are the First Generation experts in this area. They will attest to the car being a Z-28 and have offered to field phone calls regarding questions. I have taken this car to a handful of cruisin's and car shows and always get compliments, especially on the color. At a recent show, I was asked to bring this car to an "Invite Only " car show in Rochester. I took that as quite a compliment as well since mine would be the only First Gen Camaro there (Unless one of you buys her first). I will be sad to see this car go. I love old cars, but will freely admit that I am not very knowledgeable about them.
