1974 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible, 501 ci V8, original transmission in excellent working condition. 71,046 original miles, cranberry fire mist color, which was optional in 1974. Everything works, 500 miles on new brakes, new brake lines, and pads. Just had brakes serviced, cleaned, and lubed. Original radio, works just fine, will add a Brew City Engineering bypass that adds an aux port to the stock radio. 1974 plastics and bumper fillers were replaced with modern ABS parts, color matched. Top in great shape, I installed a new relay to raise and lower it. Stock Prop Valve replaced with one machined out of solid brass, company named Inline Tube made it to OEM spec. Brakes are great. Muffler and resonator are 5 years old. High output alternator is modern, but I have the original alternator if you want to rebuild it so you are closer to 100% original. Right now she is 99% original. Have extra belts and rear shoes, I stocked up when they went on sale, both belts and shoes on the vehicle have 1,500 miles on them. Front two tires are new, less than 50 miles on those. Rear tires in good shape, lots of wear left, full size spare in trunk also in good shape. Comes with parade boot. Engine has no issues. Starts right up, stays cool, no warning lights on the dash, lots of attention when I drive her. I have owned car for 8 years, put 1,500 miles on her in that time. I don't drive her enough, and didn't want to pay for the insurance/registration for 200 miles a year. Pulled her off the road 3 months ago. Won a few car shows, did a few parades. Someone else's turn to drive her, I just don't have time with other projects. Book value is 13,500. I'm asking 11,000.00, to a good home. Clean title in my name. I have entire vehicle history ( I am 3rd owner from new, other two were within 30 miles of my home. Don Cole of Cole Muffler was the original owner, car delivered on October 28, 1973.) Put her on the road and drive her, she will do that no issue, or with a little polishing rent her out for weddings. I only know I can't watch this beautiful car sit unused anymore.
