Price: US $17,500.00 SOLD OUT
1957 Chevy Hardtop! One Owner California Survivor!Up for sale is this very nice, all original, one owner, black plate California 1957 Bel Air Chevy four door hardtop sports sedan! Originally purchased in San Jose, Ca this car has been garaged for 63 years and has only been parked outside for 30 days. This rust free and unmolested car has its original interior, glass, chrome and mostly original paint with some paint fading, chips and scratches as seen in the photos. Other than a few small dings, the body is straight and is dent free. The stainless and chrome are in good condition with some light pitting, but still shines up when polished. The car needs a good cleaning and detailing to bring out the paint and body work. The original black and white interior has some rips and separation between the vinyl and fabric and some rips on the upper door panels and a small hole in the headline. The car has a nice overall patina and a survivor wow factor! This well optioned car features a 283 V-8, automatic engine, with power steering, breaks, windows and seats. The engine runs, however the car has not been driven in years and all mechanical components will need to be gone through and repaired. Currently the car will not go into gear and may have a linking issue. The odometer reads 58K, although this may not be accurate. This hardtop Bel Air would make a great candidate for a full restoration project or could be kept all original and made roadworthy. The car is sold as-is, with inspections welcome. Clear California title. Currently registered and insured. Please contact John for more photos and a video walk around of the car running. Johnbisceglie@gmail.com
