1963 Ford Fairlane 500 260 V8 automatic transmission, 2 door sedan "BARN FIND" the dash shows 60k miles, believe it to be original miles, the same family has owned the car since the 1970's. This car is all original from what I can tell, it has been sitting since the 1980's. They said the had the car running years ago but could not confirm what year. The motor was tore apart when we found it, not wanting to spin over freely by hand. We have tried to put some oil to it and let it sit, then try to spin it every day but still hasn't broke free. The brakes are also in-op at this time, there is a line undone from the master cylinder. Might be another issue somewhere else, haven't looked into it any further. The family was clearing an estate, this was part of it and had no interest in bringing it back to life. This is a solid project car to make a rat rod or custom cruiser. The possibility's are endless, this is more of a project that I am looking for at the moment. These cars are getting harder to find in the original condition that this car is in. I have the original 1970's title on hand. The car is for sale locally, so I can end the auction at any time. There is a $500.00 Non-refundable deposit through Paypal, to be paid within 24 hours. The rest of the money can be wire transfer, cash on pickup, or other forms of payment pre-arranged before the car leaves my possession. The car can be shipped, I can assist a shipper on getting it loaded. Pickup also has to be arranged around my work schedule, it does roll fine. Some of the tires have been going flat after a few days, so will have to air them up before pickup and at delivery to help rolling off a trailer.
