Vehicle Details For sale is a 1961 Mercedes 190d, diesel, column shift manual. I am not sure of the exactl mileage of the car, as the odometer will reset “flipped†after reaching 99,000 miles. My family has owned the car for over 30 years and I believe the odometer has reset at least twice. Please read the description below and feel free to contact me for further inquiry or pictures. Price: $7,900 obo Mechanical: Prior to being stored, the car was used for short weekend drives. Rebuilt in 1996, the car was in great mechanical shape. (Still have receipts from engine and maintenance work). Prior to being placed in storage for the past ten years, the car ran great and was in great mechanical condition. It is currently unknown what would need to be done to start the car. I would not recommend putting a battery in and starting without a change of fluids, etc. Body: The body is free of major dents and damage. There are some areas where surface rust has begun (see picture). Paint is not believed to be original. Considering the age of this car, the body is in outstanding shape. Interior: Interior is in excellent shape considering the age of this car. No rips in the seats headliner or door panels. See pictures for details.
