Classic 1975 Triumph Spitfire 3rd Owner. Removable hardtop including a rolling stand to secure the hardtop when its not on the car. Convertible top is in great condition, manual trans with overdrive. Completely rust free from top to bottom and has always been kept inside. No dents. The history is as follows: (see pictures) The engine and transmission ran 100%. I accidently damaged the hood when my truck was backing in reverse. Salvage yards wanted $600 for an average looking hood so I found a 1974 spitfire smashed in the rear. Perfect front, seats, interior and manual overdrive transmission. I never liked the light blue paint color of my car so I decided to make it a little project. I removed the inside interior of both vehicles. I painted the engine, the inside floor boards and around other areas, installed the manual overdrive transmission (mine didn't have OD), stripped and sanded down the entire car (including the inside door panels, hard top, underside of the hood as well as the shelf under the hood where the master cylinder, battery tray, wiper motor, etc. are located. The tires look new. I purchased many items from Moss Motors that I'm including. Shortly thereafter I had a heart attack and bypass surgery. Since then my energy level hasn't been the same. All the parts that I removed are in boxes on shelves, including all the nuts and bolts and are stored inside my warehouse including all the extra parts I took off the 1974 model. Plenty of additional parts and manuals are also included. At this point the right fender needs a little more sanding, a paint job, reinstalling the interior as well as the items I removed for painting. The original manual transmission may still be available as well as the complete engine that's in the 1974 Spitfire. Additional pictures can be sent upon request.
