It is very rare to find all matching on a car that is 57 years old. The C4 Automatic Transmission is also original. In fact, the whole car has mostly original components from 1964, Including, the manual steering box, generator alternator, hood latches, glass and even the spare tire and rims are original. This car has no fillers in the body panels, and they are original panels. There is a small dent on the driver rear quarter where it meets the bumper. The paint is nice.The fenders were wet sanded and look awesome but the rest of the paint was never sanded and buffed. The car is not waxed. Paint is still workable. The body panels are all rust free. The dual exhaust did wonders to the 260 V-8 power. The sound is awesome!! Sounds as good as any muscle car out there. The engine does not leak one drop of oil and the engine has no sludge build up. The block and heads were completely rebuilt with all stock components about 10 years ago, and the car was in storage mostly since then. The carburetor was just completely rebuild by a professional re builder that specializes in just ford vintage carburetors.( see pictures). The front and rear brake cylinders and pads are new, and the front brakes hardware and drums are new. All four tires are brand new and the correct size (185 / 70 R14 / 88T. The car by no means is show room quality but its close. and sounds great. The interior seats were done by professionals and it shows. The light blue vinyl on the seat ends and in the middle of the seats is original, so are the door panels. The carpet is aftermarket but the correct color. This is a nice car and the matching numbers means a lot. This car starts right up and doesn't' blow smoke or make any engine noises. the transmission shifts properly. Always call if you have doubt. Issues I Know About: 1) The rear driver door only opens from the inside. 2) The floor pans have been replaced / repaired. 3) The head Liner has tears. 4) Some of the rubber door molding and other interior moldings / trim need replaced. 5) The antenna is broke.
