For Sale a very solid and well equipped 1969 Oldsmobile 442 Holiday Coupe. The car is originally from Iowa and came to New England in 2000. This shows when you look at the pictures of the Frame, Floors and body panels. I have taken pictures of the inside of the floors with no carpet or insulation to show how original and solid they are. And I installed a new carpet. The body is very solid and straight. The original matching # 396026 400 ci 350 horse power engine runs very strong and is paired with a non-matching number but correct application Muncie M20 wide ratio 4 speed transmission that shifts great. The updated 12 bolt posi rear end with 373 gears is in excellent condition. Other options include power steering and power disc brakes, Air Conditioning (not working but complete), power trunk, rear window defogger, glove box and trunk lighting, Oldsmobile Super Stock Wheels and BF Goodrich TA Red Line Radials. This is not a show car but it is a very nice driver. There are many new parts, Battery, Brakes, Brake lines, Clutch, Pressure Plate and Throw out Bearing, Carpeting, Aluminum Radiator. This is a get in and go car that can be enjoyed or taken to the next level. Things that are not perfect are the Paint, it looks to be about 25 years old and is starting to fad, a few chips and scratches but presents well. The car was originally Saffron Yellow outside. There are a few bubbles under the driver's side of the Vinyl Roof see picture. The rest of the roof is very solid. There is one quarter sized spot behind the passenger rear wheel opening that has been repaired. The front crank seal seeps some oil along with the rear output shaft seal on the transmission.
