The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller's Notes The buyer of this car will experience all the greatness of a proper British roadster without any of the reliability hassles. Vehicle Details This car was a great find when I purchased it dissembled a year ago. It was a distressed sale, the price was right, it was mostly rust free and seemingly complete. There was no carburetor, but that was a good thing. I wanted to use the self-tuning Holley Sniper EFI. So, I got the car running on the EFI, and then decided it was worthy of a repaint, and new interior. NOW you won’t find a cleaner, better running MGB. The engine purrs like a kitten, idles great, and accelerates strongly and smoothly. The car was completely rewired. The thing looked like a spider fight had occurred under the hood and dash. Lucas earned its bad reputation for a reason. This car has had all of that addressed with a new universal harness which has each wire labeled with it’s purpose. Exterior Repainted Winter White in 2022. Car was solid with very little rust. The car has a roof. The roof frame is in good shape but the vinyl roof has seen better days. I personally like the look without the roof. But, there are plenty of roof options in the Moss Motors catalog. So, I’m leaving it up to the buyer to decide if they want to purchase a new roof separately after they buy the car. Interior Interior restored. Seats were rebuilt using new foams. Engine Engine updated with Holley Sniper EFI. Fuel pump located in tank for optimum reliability. Car was completely re-wired to exercise any and all Lucas gremlins. Download the eBay Motors app
