A real pleasure to drive, but be ready as everyone wants to stop and talk about the bus. I have owned the car for the past about 4 years and have really enjoyed driving it around town and to car shows. This is a nice example of a quality Brazilian built Kombi VW Bus, but its not perfect. I have highlighted some of the small imperfections in the photos. The paint job is the same as when I purchased it, but I suspect it was all red at one point. There are some scratches, small dents and rust spots which you can see in the pictures; but its very shiny and shows well. It has been garage kept since I purchased it and it has been well maintained by VW Bus specialists. The convertible top and windows work; at times the seals for the windshield will let rain in. Before importing the Bus, we updated the interior with leather wrapped panels and custom leather seats. I believe the engine is original to the car, but we have replaced the gear shifter for a trigger activated reverse (as opposed to depressing the shifter). We have the car reviewed annually for electrical and mechanical; it starts, runs and drives. Driving this Van is a lot of fun, so get ready to put the top back and feel the wind in your hair!
