For your consideration is this rare 1960 Pontiac Star Chief 2 door sport sedan. Only 5,797 of this beautiful model were built in 1960 unlike the other beautiful models Pontiac also offered whose numbers were in the tens of thousands. You will get noticed when you're done with her. Runs strong and does not smoke. When lifted on jack stands, the rear wheels move forward and backward when put into each gear. All lights were working a couple months ago but today only the front left blinker and tail lights are working. Cabin floors have previous patches but seem pretty solid with a nice thud when I took my closed palm to them. Half of the trunk floor is good as I stood on it, the other half will need replaced along with the brace directly under the trunk. Frame looks good with only surface rust that I can see. Passenger roof rail shown in pic. needs a bit of TLC. Rocker panels will need some work but overall not bad. I replaced 2 brake hoses, 3rd still in the package. I am including in this auction 2 NOS GM Guide reverse lenses, one without box, a NOS wheel bearing, brand new door sills, the good ones with the Body by Fisher logo from GM performance parts, the weather stripping that goes around both doors, a better condition original dome light, horn ring, reverse light bezel and tail lights and a brand new mirror. And the third brake hose of course. You will also receive the original fuel pump that I changed along with the original spark plug wires that say Packard on them and the original chassis shop manual. I did not however change the coil wire, it appears to be original also and it works so I left it alone. The original jack and spare tire cover still back there too. More pics available upon request.
