SPT Roof, 390-4V #163153 Production Sequence.Build Date: Feb 26, 1969.Optional Equipment: 3.00 Rear Axle, 4-Speed Manual Transmission, Wide Ratio, AC, AM/FM Radio, Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes.The car presents as a #2 Low Show Quality car. It is a fantastic example of a show / occasional use car. There is no evidence of rust or corrosion, damage anywhere on the car. All panels and gaps are even & straight with a nice fit.The Paint has very good depth and shine. Repainted to a very high standard that still shows very, very well today. It was taken down to bare metal. All of the black decals are correct and properly applied. No overspray is present.Exterior trim and bumpers are very good. A mix of nice original with a few repro pieces were used in the restoration. Some very light wear and tear is noted but better than average for for original trim of this age.The Glass and Lenses appear to be in very good shape. One small "star" chip is found on the windshield. It is not in the field of vision.The drivers seat shows a tear in the bolster, otherwise the interior is in excellent condition.This Mach 1 starts right up and runs beautifully. It is a well maintained example that is very original underneath its cosmetic restoration. An excellent candidate for a collection or regular use with Mustang Club Events.
