The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Vehicle Details Frame-on restoration of original Union Pacific Railroad vehicle. The decals on the doors are original from its railroad days. 1. Front end completely rebuilt…ball joints, tie rod ends, arm bushings, steering gearbox, springs and shocks, new power steering slave cylinder and hoses. 2. Brakes: front and rear, new shoes and springs, wheel cylinders, drums (trued), wheel bearings packed with new seals, new axle bearings in rear. 3. Engine and drive train: Completely rebuilt, number matching 1959 348 motor, tripower setup (completely rebuilt), starter, generator with power steering pump, original 5-blade AC fan, fuel pump, distributor, original AC-Delco tripower air cleaner, reconditioned 3 core radiator and heater with all new hoses. 1959 power glide completely rebuilt with driveline, rear end completely rebuilt with 3-330 gears and springs and shocks. 4. Exterior: All bumpers and stainless restored to show quality. Paint is patina (original color Satin Beige 938) with a matte clear. Original GM roof luggage rack, all new weather stripping, new floor pans, new foot well in rear seat area. Wiring system restored to factory specs, working interior light in rear passenger area, interior completely repainted factory copper color. Gauges all redone. Original interior by Ciadella’s (seats, door panels, carpet, headliner and floor mats) and professionally installed. This car is a pleasure to drive, turning heads wherever it goes.
