1970 Plymouth Barracuda began its life as a Slant-6 commuter car in Lemon Twist Yellow,Very little information about the car's history exists prior to 1999, parts receipts indicate the motor swap and 'Cuda homage conversion took place 1999 - 2001. Car was resold twice and arrived into current ownership in 2014, at which time it received extensive bodywork and was repainted Black (from black w/maroon accents) and tuned by SV Engineering in Peabody MA where it was dyno'd to 245hp / 288tq.The current owner passed in 2016 and vehicle ownership transferred to his wife. The car has been driven less than (500) miles since that time. In maintaining the car, headers, carburetor, brake booster, and fluids have all been replaced 2019 - present.Youtube links below. Car has some rough cold starts, but runs great and turns heads everywhere, and has all the power anyone needs. Best to keep a foot on the gas pedal for the 1st minute or two. - Clunky shift to Reverse, mechanic advised me that U-joints are solid but could be replaced.- Shifter T-handle threading is stripped, mechanic recommended drilling & installing a worm screw- Trunk is unlined- Driver's seat does not fold forwardClean Massachusetts title says 32,455 miles, I have nothing to the contrary.
