This is a 1967 Volkswagen Campmobile split window walk through, one of the most highly sought after Volkswagens. It is in need of work to get it road worthy again, but imagine cruising around in this old Bus. This VW is 12 volt, has the split window and pop top and is a walk through!. The pop top needs to be replaced, as do the curtains. It is not currently running, but does come with what I believe to be the original engine and transmission. The interior is in okay condition, but will need some sprucing up as well. the seats are in good shape, however the rear part of the mattress is stained and will either need some deep cleaning, or replacing. Shifting linkage appears to be in good shape. I would recommend going through the brake system as this vehicle has not been registered since 1982. The state of Connecticut does not issue titles for vehicles this old, so this Volkswagen will be sold with a bill of sale along with the last known registration. The doors all open and close nicely and all around this Bus is ready for a restoration. There are not too many of these on the market, don't let this one get away!
