What got done during the restoration: Body off chassis, chassis repainted and still rust free Some wood replaced Whole car painted BRG (light skim to even things out, no rust underneath) Interior retrimmed (in tan vinyl) New wiring harness Engine out and rebuilt What's not so great: Wiper motor doesn't work (don't know if it's fried or not, never bothered to find out) Horns don't work (because they're not attached--got a really steep driveway and took off, will include horns with car) Clock only works twice a day (like ALL MG clocks) Speedometer broken (I did this one--didn't lube cable properly. It's a 50 buck, 15 minute fix) Side curtains want recovering badly (look like 70's AMCO aftermarket covers) Windshield brackets want rechroming (and you'll have to rechrome, Moss doesn't have replacements) Tires are old. Minor paint scratches, and one large ding/chip on top of driver's door. What I've done to it in the past five years: New fuel line New electronic fuel pump That's all it's needed. This is not a show car, but it won't embarrass you either. It always fires right up, has never left me on the side of the road, and turns heads wherever it goes. A little TLC could turn her into a real beauty. I thought I would do that when I bought her, but never got around to it because I was never afraid to drive her as is. Comes with a new tan Moss Sunfast top (older canvas top on car), decent full tonneau cover, horns, brand new Moss steering wheel, shop manual, and a few other odds and ends.
