She has recently fallen ill and need to liquidate estate to assist with paying for medical care.Vehicle has been meticulously, exclusively maintained, with all records, by local Ford dealer. Always garaged, and her preference was to never drive in the rain. Car was purchased in Mobile, AL at Robinson Bros. Lincoln and has lived in Bay Minette, AL since 1979.There are 120,000 original miles that are majority highway. The car was used in the early 80's for trips to Vegas and Southern California. Otherwise, was used for trips to Mobile. Another vehicle was always used for in-town trips.InteriorThe light blue leather power bench seats are in perfect conditions. Not a scratch, tear or stain. The carpets are in great shape with some wear typical of 36 years. Faux wood dash is like new and steering wheel, glovebox etc are in perfect shape. Trunk has original carpet in perfect condition with no stains, tears or otherwise. ExteriorThe outside is in fantastic condition. There are no dents and a few minor surface scratches, but nothing into the paint. Chrome is in wonderful condition. One minor tire incident left the passenger front quarter panel trim piece slightly bent. It has been straightened, and is shown in picture of from passenger quarter panel; nearly unnoticeable. Tires are relatively new with much life remaining. Bumpers are straight etc. Vinyl top is in terrific condition with no tears but does show some fading as would be expected for 36 year old car. MechanicalThe engine is unaltered and meticulously maintained with all records and includes all original service manuals (see photos).2 weeks ago, the AC compressor shorted out, but AC worked perfectly prior to this. The vacuum actuated headlight covers have begun to "stick" a bit over the years, but assume line replacement and/or lubrication of pivots would remedy.Other than these items, the car is in perfect working order, including the power windows, seats etc.Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding.
