This Nova is a project starter. It has good basics, but is going to need work. Is it a real SS. I have no idea, I do not know the history of the car nor do I have any documentation for it. What I do know is that with the popularity of the Discovery Channel's "Street Outlaws" and the Murder Nova featured there, the desire for 70-72 Nova's has risen dramatically. So, having said that, here is what it has and what it needs.It has:Solid sub-frameGood 350cu in 300 hp engine from a 71 Monte CarloBorg Warner 4-speedHurst shifterFactory power disc brakesHeavy duty radiatorAll the interior is there, ie, door panels, back seat, front buckets. Rear interior quarters look good.Solid trunkSolid rear floor pansGood factory tinted glassTwo extra dash bezelsNew balanced drive-lineFactory rally wheelsGood BF Goodrich tiresSS equip, ie, bucket seats, 4-speed, SS grills on the hood, grill emblem, heavy duty radiator, disc brakes.The top was primed to remove the surface rust and did not appear to be dented anywhere.It needs:Engine and trans have been 3-point mounted and are not ready to run, they are just bolted in. I assume that whoever buys this will pull the motor and trans to start the restoration.Front floor pans, both sides. Whoever had the car prior to me replced Flywheel, pressure plate and clutchFull Interior kitFull bodywork - Every panel needs work. There are rust spots at the base of the front fenders and the rear quarters are rusted. There are new partial replacement panels for the rear quarters in the trunk.New bumpers - The originals are bentSome chrome trim around the grill as well as the tail lights.Let me be clear about this one more time, this is a project car, it needs work and is NOT ready to hit the road as-is.
