Yes, I see it too! It sands off easily. I have unfortunately run out of resources and recently moved to a location where I am unable to work on the car. This is where the next buyer will have the advantage over me - I have recoated that side (as it began to show signs of surface rust about 2 years ago) once already. It is clearly coming through again but to someone with a garage is an easy weekend project to sand, primer over, and get paint ready. The body and underside are otherwise rust free, and the interior cubby is also rust free (painted black). The worst rust and dings is on removable pieces; fenders, tailgate, etc.The trim pictured is what comes with the car.Rodlite wheels (All hardware hider caps and center caps are included)Bed is water tight into cabInterior Headliner is tight and like new. The visors are taut and do not hang, and match the headliner.Interior carpeting in great shape, including wall carpeting behind seatPassenger seat is in excellent shape, Driver's seat has a tear on the side closest to door.Column shiftTemperature and Oil Pressure gauges work; speedometer does not, fuel works about half the time.Switch-start, requires key to be in vehicle to work. This is a car that I planned on keeping for a much longer period of time. I do not want to see her go but it is something is an unfortunate necessity due to my personal situation. Feel free to ask any additional questions about the car.
