New cab mounts New inner and outer rocker panels New right front fender All new light housings and bulbs A roll in bedliner New tailgate New front bumper New window rubbers New halogen headlamps etc. We then moved on to the interior where we installed the following... Sound deadener New molded carpet New seat foam and cover New dash pad New sun visors New Chrome sill plates New chrome (column shift) column with tilt Mechanical oil pressure and demo gauges New Stereo with AM/FM/Bluetooth/Pandora/Sirius XM etc with new 6x9's in the doors We added custom die punched holes with mesh to the door panels to carry the theme inside And finished it off with custom copper A-pillar covers On to the engine bay where we installed the following A low mile 5.3 LS engine with a 4L60 overdrive trans A cold air intake and stainless steel headers Flowmaster mufflers and new pipes New power steering box and linkage New power brake booster and master All new brake lines New battery New fuel system with a 255LPH pump and Corvette filter/regulator combo as well as all new feed and return lines Custom engine cover and filler panels, as well as radiator hold-down made from copper It literally looks like a factory install, with a lot of the wiring hidden. On to the suspension We installed a 3" front/ 5" rear lowering kit with all new springs and shocks New spindles New axles and drums New wheel cylinders and shoes out back New discs, calipers and pads up front New 20x8 and 20x10 wheels with new Z rated rubber The body was in pretty good condition so to keep it affordable we simply pinstriped it and left the patina for the old school (shop truck) look. It literally has 95% all new parts on it, starts the first time every time, doesn't smoke, has killer volts and oil pressure, and the temperature is rock steady!
