1953 Dodge Power Wagon

Price: US $7,500.00 SOLD OUT

Got this on a trade. It is a Dodge M37 with the ultra rare Wittenberg conversion front clip. I have only been able to find 2 other examples of Wittenberg trucks, a deuce and a half out of Kenai Alaska and an M43 ambulance that came up on Craigslist last year, I'm not sure where it ended up after selling. Has a Dodge small block 318/360 (not sure which) in it which seems to run good. The front tires are a little bit thin, the rears are okay, all have some cracking, they are 9.00/16 military tires on it, if you want the original military tires Boyce Equipment is 3 miles away and has a brand new set. If you buy it and coordinate with Boyce I could pick up the tires and throw them in the bed before the truck ships. Honestly I don't know a whole lot about this truck. I got it in trade for my backhoe, the guy backed it off the trailer and pulled it into my driveway, I started it up the next day and it didn't seem to smoke. The brakes are extremely spongy because they need to be bled badly and he said that the master is leaky. Thursday the 18th is when I got it so it hasn't been sitting at my place, I don't know if it was sitting when he had it, he said that he used it around his property but that it was getting replaced by one with a 4BT. Sold as-is where-is shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and needs to be done in a timely manner, I'm not going to store the truck for a month or so unless it is coordinated ahead of time. There are a lot of cheap storage units in and around Ogden if you want me to put it into storage that is fine and can be coordinated after the sale. The vin on the title matches the cab dataplate and the frame, it has been signed and is ready for transfer. The good: -Small Block Dodge Swap -Incredibly rare Wittenberg frontend -Tilt forward hood makes maintenance way easy -Appears to lot drive okay The bad: -leaky wheel cylinder and master -the gas tank pickup is plugged and needs to be cleaned, right now it is running off of a 5 gallon gas tank The ugly: -there are a couple tears in the top that have been sewed up
