1969 Chevrolet Camaro (Silver/Black)

Price: US $55,000.00 SOLD OUT

If you’re a first generation Camaro enthusiast, and the $75,000+ price tags on DZs and Super Sports have you exasperated, and just plain worn out, then you've come to the right place. Simply put, this gorgeous, super clean, body off frame restored 1969 Camaro is guaranteed to perform with any factory DZ or big block, period. This vehicle, equipped with the bulletproof Chevrolet SP383 High Performance crate engine (conservatively) rated at 435hp and 445lb/ft of torque right out of the box, combined with the smooth as silk shifting Tremec TKO 600 5 speed overdrive transmission and 3.55 posi-traction differential, will firmly plant you in the driver’s seat and deliver exceptional performance throughout the entire RPM and gear range, while still quietly cruising the highway at 65 MPH.……all on regular pump gasoline! KEEP IN MIND many restored muscle cars equipped with high horsepower, high compression engines will not perform well on today's pump fuels. Something to consider before you commit to a purchase.  As I have stated, this is a transparent, straight forward sale, so as fabulous as this car is, here are a few things about the car you should know: The paint on this car was masterfully done and is near perfect, except for a small scratch on top of the RF fender and a small scratch on the left rear quarter panel. Both of these are barely visible, but I am deducting $500.00 to have these areas perfected. While I cannot explain the reasoning, during the car’s full restoration, a Vintage air/heat system along with a serpentine belt system was not installed. It should have been. It wasn’t. So there is no a/c or heat. Also, the windshield washer reservoir and tubes are missing. Lastly, while there is no radio, (delete plate installed) speakers and wiring are properly in place for a radio installation if desired. Should the above improvements come to pass, the car would virtually be perfect and would command a price closer to $63,000. I believe the cost for the above improvements would be somewhere between $6000-$8000, depending on who was doing the work. Certainly, someone capable of performing the work themselves would save a bundle. Considering all this, I've priced the car at a fair $55,000.If you're looking for a fabulous driver that can double as a show piece, or a show piece that can double as a fabulous driver, look no further, this is it.P.S. The car did win "Best in Class" at a local car show a few years ago. Here are a few of the car's features:SP383 Factory Chevrolet 435/445 Crate Engine.
