The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for car shows. Seller's Notes It’s basically a Free Jaguar E -Type! You’re paying less than the recent restoration cost. And a Grand Tourer! Auto, air and power, AND a back seat- (well in accord with any 2 plus 2- at least more room for weekend luggage!) This car turns heads!! Nothing looks this cool 😎 Needs 1-2 capacitors to be replaced for tach to work, and brake lights don’t work( turn n hazards do tho- I’ll prob fix that in under a week) oh n I have the chrome tri fir the rear window gasket (PO had it inside out) $500 deposit required 48 hours after accepted offer Vehicle Details ‘69 Series II, first year with many improvements over series I (I know, I have both). Unlike my other OTS, this one has more room, retractable back seat, power, air and conveniences. A better behaved cat, more of a grand tourer, classy English gentleman than a runabout. The previous owner, a CA rancher, rebuilt car- spared no expense- replaced every nut and bolt, from 2016-2018. I have all records. Having sound deadening and insulation as well, and many upgrades. however, he never drove them- only stored them in his collection. When I got the car 6 months ago- it was 97% there but it appeared no one ever went through the car to insure all systems were synched together n operated as a Jaguar E-Type should. He spent close to $100K- look at the pics. I ran through all systems from tank to the front, tuned etc, as car ran rough tho. Number 5 cylinder was low on compression so I gave the car a whole new valve job- original head, see photos. Suspension received a new improved higher teeth rack and pinion. This work was done by Heritage program at Jaguar Palm Beach. Electricals, AC, n more ran through. Over $10k. All cylinders read 150. Exterior Great new chrome no rust whatsoever like new.
