Ive own the car since 1981 the car originally was a 350, turbo 400 trans and a bop rear. I built the 400 while I worked at Bob Lambeck ent, bored .040 over with forged pistons, the rods were polished and shotpeened and resized with ARP bolts.the crank was turned and polished .010r .010 mains. the oil pump is a standard volume melling.the rotating mass was balanced, heads are 670 casting which were ported and polished, stainless steel valves with three angle valve job with a back cut on the intake valves. the cam is a solid lifter cam .555 intake and .575 exhaust 306 degrees of duration.Crane roller rockers and chrome moly pushrods Intake manifold is a performer rpm with a one inch spacer, and 750 Holley double pumper carb.The headers are ceramic coated hooker compitition headers with dynomax mufflers distributer recurved HEI.im running a flex fan without a shroud and it does not over heat. Engine has no more than 2500 miles on it Trans turbo 400 with a 3000 stall torque converter, heavy duty driveshaft with solid unjoints, rear end 12 bolt chevy, 4:30 gears, moser axles, mark Williams spool and yoke, with C clip eliminators and 11 inch ford drum brakes.multi leaf springs and cal trac bars and sub frame connectors. front brakes are GM disc and manual steering. There is one small rust spot on floor pan, other than that there is no rust on this car.
