The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Vehicle Details This truck is a great investment! Old school look with new school performance and handling! Exterior This 1964 Ford F-100 has just been finished being restored. It has been fitted with a 4.6-liter Ford V8 and automatic transmission from a late-model Mustang. The truck has been repainted in boxwood green and also features a refinished frame with boxed reinforcements as well as a Crown Victoria front end and a three-link rear end. Additional modifications include four-wheel disc brakes, power rack and pinion steering, rear coilovers, 18″ aluminum wheels, a relocated fuel tank, nice tan upholstered interior Mustang instrument cluster gauges , and oak hardwood bed slats. This modified F-100 is offered with build photos and a clean New Jersey title in the seller’s name. The cab and bed were removed from the frame for rust repairs as pictured in the gallery below, and were coated with epoxy primer before color and clear. The cab houses the original bench seat that has been retrimmed in tan upholstery. Tan carpet cover the floor. All new chrome and new weatherstripping gaskets and seals Features include a Lokar shifter with a matching tan shifter boot, and a wood-rimmed steering wheel. And modern gauges The fuel-injected 4.6-liter SOHC V8 features three valves per cylinder. Power is routed to the rear wheels with an automatic transmission. And aluminum custom fitted driveshaft. This f-100 drives steers and stops like a new truck! so far it has been driven roughly 500 miles since restored. It’s been being a lot of attention. A real blast to drive!
